District CM/ECF Database Schema for Digital Audio Recording Vendors

Several courts have begun to utilize digital audio recording systems that extract certain types of information from CM/ECF so that the court operator can create and maintain digital recording system log notes. The document posted below provides the necessary portions of the District CM/ECF database schema in order to incorporate extraction functionality into digital recording systems. The database schema information in the document was based on the information gathered from courts that have worked with software vendors.
